Ronn Palley
Operations Manager/Chief Pilot
Ronn has over 21 years experience flying on the west coast of British Columbia. Ronn is an accomplished Class D rescue pilot with numerous completed life saving missions with the North Shore Rescue Team. Ronn is an expert in long line vertical reference construction and helicopter logging.
Colin Pelton
Director of Maintenance
Colin is the Director of Maintenance for Sierra Helicopters and has been in the industry for 9 years as a Commercial Pilot and Aircraft Maintenance Engineer. Colin has extensive Aerial Film, News, Lidar and Night VFR experience flying across Canada and the US. Endorsements to maintain and fly include AS350/355, Eurocopter EC120B, Bell 206A/B/L, Bell 407 and Robinson R44. With manufacturer training on all of Sierra's aircraft, Colin ensures maintenance is completed to the highest standard.
